Just had Mitsubishi HI 12.1kw ducted system installed. Jason and team were super accommodating and got the install done super quick with short notice.
First contacted Jason to have a look at our ducted A/C and also for a quote to rewire and fit LED lights and socket outlets both internally and externally to the house. Jason came back with a quote immediately, which was both reasonable and with some recommendations. Both Jason and Nick were brilliant, their work ethic, professionalism and expertise was great even after throwing a couple of extra jobs at the last minute. I would recommend them to anyone, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I will always use them.

Jason was very quick to respond to my recent enquiry regarding A/C installation for my house. He was able to provide a quote from photos I sent through and attended the next day with his team to complete the installation. He was easy to deal with, and was clean and tidy with his work. Jason has done a number of jobs for us over the past couple of years. We have a 3-story pole home with heaps of stairs so we were really happy that he even came back after the first time 😄 He is always on time and communicates well, which is so appreciated. He’s also friendly and doesn’t mind answering questions. He gives good value and I’m very happy to recommend him.
Rang Jason about updating the lights in our house, to remove the old fans, replace an outdoor floodlight, check the hot water service and replace our old smoke alarms. Nothing was too much trouble. He arrived within 2 or 3 days , on time and was very pleasant. We would certainly recommend him and will pass on his details to friends of ours. Great job Jason.
Jason took care with the quote and the installation. The communication was first rate conducted through emails and phone calls. We knew exactly what the job entailed and when it was going to be done. Jason and his team possess a level of expertise, professionalism, and work ethics that is, unfortunately, not as common as it should be. We had two multi-head reverse cycle split systems installed with electrical wiring included, and received impressive service both times. Focused, efficient, working with a friendly smile, and they even clean up after themselves the little dust they make.
I have used Jason at Pacific Air And Electrical for four different domestic projects over the last 2 years. The entire process for each project was easy. The consultation thorough, the quotes were competitive, the products installed have been reliable brands that are suitable for their purpose. Jason remained in contact and arrived on time. Amazing from start to finish, can't recommend enough. so professional, considerate (given the fact we had an 18 month old around), and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and you would have never known they had been and gone. They also did a lot of work for me, from air con service, to installing new lights and pendants, motion sensor light fixing and rewiring some very dodgy electrics from previous people. Will use again, that's for sure!
